I would reallie like to compare answers wif you guys if possible ...

Found this nifty site where A/P Chen Ken-Shiung might have based his practical on.
I've yet to read thru it in detail, but it seems to cover:

- technical aspects of Real Time PCR
- Quantification of mRNA levels using Real Time PCR Standard Curve Mehtod
- Interpretation of the Tm Curves
- Further Deriavations of the Tm Curves (i.e. log scale etc)

Alot of the graphs he showed us during the pract seemed to pulled right out of here...
