Had the best ever seafood at this quaint little Resturant near my home the other day.
THe Blue Lobster at 87 Frankel Avenue, its reallie near Siglap, just off the junction between Siglap Centre and St Pats Sec. Skool

Wah... din noe dat there were so many types of oysters sia.
Kudos to Harols( the manager) for taking the effort and sharing wif us the finer points on oyster.




Did u know oysters are graded on a scale of 1-4, wif regards to its size?





















Another must try is their desert, especially the Flambe of Jivara Milk Chocolate Parfait. (quite a mouthful ya~ ^^;)
Each mouthful was like a piece of chocolate heaven with a fantastic dash of Bailey's Irish Cream...
So if you're ever in neighbourhood in Siglap, maybe looking for a place with good ambience, friendly service and even better mouth watering seafood.
